The collection of convertible sofas and armchairs produced by Sofangel are made with precious woods, such as beech, fir, plywood and MDF. The springing is given by crossed elastic straps, specially designed for the need, while the padding uses polyurethane foam of various densities, polyester fiber staple or natural goose or duck feathers.
Polyurethane is obtained from blocks of foam or cold-foamed in special moulds. It is an inert and recyclable material, produced without the use of chloro-fluoro-carbides, therefore, not harmful or toxic, in full respect of the environment.
